Smart Energy & Buildings
Measure every kilowatt, then decide where to save
Sub-meter electricity, DG sets, solar, HVAC and water so facility teams can find waste, control peak demand and keep occupants comfortable.
Overview
Why it matters
A single monthly utility bill can't tell you which floor, feeder or chiller is driving your costs. We install sub-metering and environmental sensing that turns energy and building data into clear, actionable reports, and alerts you the moment something runs when it shouldn't.
Sound familiar?
- Energy costs rise but the monthly bill can't show where the consumption comes from.
- DG sets run longer than needed, and fuel use is hard to verify.
- Solar generation isn't compared against expected output, so faults go unnoticed.
- HVAC and lighting keep running in empty spaces after hours.

What we monitor
Signals we capture
- Feeder, floor and machine-level electricity sub-metering
- DG set run hours, load and fuel level
- Rooftop solar generation and inverter status
- HVAC run status, temperature, humidity, CO₂ and PM2.5
- Overhead and underground water tank levels and pump status

What changes
Outcomes to aim for
Consumption you can see
Dashboards break energy use down by building, floor, feeder or equipment.
Waste flagged automatically
After-hours and abnormal-load alerts catch equipment left running.
Healthier spaces
Air-quality and comfort readings help facility teams balance wellbeing and energy.
Reporting made easy
Exportable reports support sustainability, ESG and internal energy reviews.
Actual results depend on your site, assets and processes. We define measurable success criteria with you before every pilot.
A good fit for
Who this is for
- Commercial offices & IT parks
- Factories & industrial estates
- Hotels, hospitals & campuses
- Retail chains
- Residential societies
Common questions
Can this work with our existing energy meters?
Often, yes. Many modern meters expose data over Modbus. Where they don't, we add compact IoT meters or CT sensors alongside them.
Will we need to rewire the building?
No major rewiring is usually required. Sensors are wireless or connect at the distribution panel, and installation is planned to avoid disruption.
Have a problem you want to measure?
Tell us about your site, your assets and what's keeping you up at night. An engineer will get back to you, usually within one working day, to talk through whether a pilot makes sense.
