Industrial IoT & Predictive Maintenance

See every machine's health before it becomes downtime

Retrofit sensors onto the machines you already run to track condition, utilisation and energy, and spot problems before they stop a line.

Overview

Why it matters

Most plants already have the data they need. It's locked inside motors, pumps, compressors and PLCs that were never designed to share it. We add the sensors and gateways that make it visible, so maintenance and production teams work from the same live picture instead of shift-end paperwork.

Sound familiar?

  • Breakdowns are discovered only when a machine stops, not while the fault is developing.
  • Utilisation and OEE are compiled by hand at the end of a shift, if at all.
  • Older machines have no digital interface, and replacing them isn't an option.
  • Maintenance follows a calendar rather than the actual condition of the equipment.

What we monitor

Signals we capture

  • Vibration and surface temperature on motors, pumps, gearboxes and compressors
  • Machine states (running, idle, off) and cycle or part counts
  • Current, power and energy per machine or line
  • Pressure, flow and tank levels in utilities
  • Existing PLC and controller data over Modbus or OPC UA

What changes

Outcomes to aim for

  • Earlier warning

Trend-based alerts flag abnormal vibration or heat so issues can be planned for, not firefought.

  • One live view

Production, maintenance and management see the same machine status across every shift.

  • Condition-based maintenance

Service intervals are based on real usage and condition data, not guesswork.

  • Energy you can attribute

Consumption is broken down by machine and line, so savings efforts target the right place.

Actual results depend on your site, assets and processes. We define measurable success criteria with you before every pilot.

A good fit for

Who this is for

  • Auto & auto-component plants
  • Process & chemical plants
  • Textile & packaging units
  • Food & beverage processing
  • Pharma manufacturing

Common questions

Do we need to stop production to install sensors?

Usually not. Most retrofit sensors clamp or mount externally, and installation is scheduled around planned stoppages or shift changes where access is needed.

Can you read data from our existing PLCs?

In most cases, yes. We connect to controllers over standard industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP and OPC UA, and confirm compatibility during the site survey.

Have a problem you want to measure?

Tell us about your site, your assets and what's keeping you up at night. An engineer will get back to you, usually within one working day, to talk through whether a pilot makes sense.
