Why OmniMesh

Too many IoT projects stall between the pilot and the plant floor.

Devices that don’t talk to each other, dashboards nobody opens, and pilots that never scale. We built OmniMesh to close that gap with one accountable team, open standards and a pilot-first approach that proves value before you invest at scale.

One partner, sensor to insight

Hardware, connectivity, cloud, dashboards and support from a single accountable team, so nothing falls between vendors.

Retrofit what you already own

We connect existing machines, meters and controllers instead of asking you to replace equipment that still works.

Engineered for real site conditions

Heat, dust, power cuts and patchy networks are design inputs, handled with rugged hardware and edge buffering.

How it fits together

From the sensor to the decision, one connected system

We design and own every layer, so data moves reliably from the field to the people who need to act on it.

  1. 01

    Sense

Industrial-grade sensors and retrofit kits capture vibration, temperature, energy, location and more.

  2. 02

    Connect

The right network for each site (LoRaWAN, cellular, BLE or wired) with edge buffering when links drop.

  3. 03

    Process

Secure cloud or on-premise pipelines clean, store and analyse data in real time.

  4. 04

    Act

Dashboards, alerts, reports and integrations turn readings into decisions your teams can act on.

How we work

Pilot first. Scale when the data says so.

Our engagement model keeps risk low and results measurable. You see real data from your own site before committing to a full rollout.

  1. 01

    Discover

We visit your site, learn the operation and agree on the business problem worth solving first.

  2. 02

    Pilot

A focused deployment on a small set of assets, with success criteria agreed in writing up front.

  3. 03

    Validate

We review the pilot data with you, measure it against those criteria and refine what's needed.

  4. 04

    Scale

Roll out across lines, sites or fleets with a documented design and predictable costs.

  5. 05

    Support

Ongoing monitoring, updates and improvements, delivered by the engineers who built it.

Built for businesses like yours

What you can hold us to

Growing manufacturers, logistics operators and facility teams need systems that simply work. These are the commitments behind every OmniMesh engagement.

  • Pilot before you commit

Every engagement starts small, with success criteria we agree in writing. You scale only when the results justify it.

  • Your data stays yours

Export anytime in open formats, or host on your own cloud. No proprietary lock-in.

  • Vendor-neutral hardware

We recommend the best-fit devices for your environment and budget, not a single brand we're tied to.

  • Security from day one

Encrypted data in transit, unique device credentials, role-based access and a plan for keeping firmware up to date.

  • Transparent, itemised pricing

Hardware, installation, connectivity, platform and support are shown as separate line items, so nothing is hidden.

  • Engineers you can call

You work directly with the team that designed and installed your system, from first survey to long-term support.

FAQ

Questions we hear before every project

Don’t see yours? Ask an engineer.

Do we have to replace our existing machines or systems?

No. Most of our work is retrofit. We add external sensors or connect to the controllers and meters you already have, so you can modernise without replacing working equipment.

How is an IoT project priced?

Costs depend on the number of assets, the sensors needed, the network and how much ongoing support you want. You get an itemised proposal covering hardware, installation, connectivity, platform and support, starting with a small, fixed-scope pilot.

How long does a pilot take?

A pilot is scoped to run long enough to collect meaningful data for your use case, typically a few weeks rather than months. We agree the timeline and success criteria before any hardware is installed.

Who owns the data?

You do. Data can be exported at any time in open formats, and we can deploy the platform on your own cloud account or servers if you prefer.

What if our site has poor internet connectivity?

We design for it. Gateways buffer data locally and upload when the connection returns, and we choose long-range or cellular networks that suit your location.

Can the system connect to our ERP, SCADA or maintenance software?

Yes. We integrate through APIs, webhooks and standard industrial protocols such as Modbus and OPC UA, and confirm the approach during discovery.

How do you handle security?

Every device gets unique credentials, data is encrypted in transit, dashboards use role-based access, and we plan firmware updates as part of ongoing support.

Have a problem you want to measure?

Tell us about your site, your assets and what's keeping you up at night. An engineer will get back to you, usually within one working day, to talk through whether a pilot makes sense.
