Asset & Fleet Tracking
Know where everything is, and how hard it's working
Know where your vehicles, containers, tools and high-value equipment are, how they're being used, and when something moves that shouldn't.
Overview
Why it matters
Lost time looking for assets, idle vehicles and unexplained movements add up quietly. We combine outdoor GPS tracking with indoor Bluetooth tagging so you can follow an asset from the yard, onto the road and into a customer's site, all in one place.
Sound familiar?
- Vehicles and equipment are shared across sites, and nobody is sure where they are right now.
- Utilisation is unknown, so the business buys more assets instead of using existing ones better.
- Returnable containers, trolleys and tools go missing between locations.
- Delivery times and route deviations are reported after the fact, not as they happen.

What we monitor
Signals we capture
- Live GPS location, speed and route history for vehicles
- Ignition, idle time and engine hours
- BLE tags on tools, pallets, crates and trolleys inside facilities
- Geofence entry and exit at plants, warehouses and customer sites
- Tamper, movement-after-hours and low-battery events

Outcomes to aim for
Less time searching
Teams can find the asset they need from a map or search box, not a phone tree.
Better utilisation
Usage reports show which assets are overworked and which are sitting idle.
Fewer losses
Unexpected movement, route deviation or tamper events trigger an alert straight away.
Proof of delivery
Arrival and departure times at customer sites are recorded automatically.
Actual results depend on your site, assets and processes. We define measurable success criteria with you before every pilot.
A good fit for
Who this is for
- Logistics & transport operators
- Construction & equipment rental
- Manufacturers with returnable packaging
- Hospitals & large campuses
- Field service teams
Common questions
How long do the tracker batteries last?
It depends on how often a device reports. We configure reporting intervals to balance visibility and battery life, and tell you the expected life for your setup before you buy.
Does indoor tracking need Wi-Fi everywhere?
No. Indoor tags use Bluetooth Low Energy picked up by small gateways placed around the facility. We plan gateway positions during a site survey.
Have a problem you want to measure?
Tell us about your site, your assets and what's keeping you up at night. An engineer will get back to you, usually within one working day, to talk through whether a pilot makes sense.
